JMT Finance, the privately owned and funded commercial property lender, has been awarded the title of Best Newcomer at the Empire Commercial Finance Summer Awards.
The event took place at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester and included a charity auction which raised a substantial amount of money for SEED Eating Disorder Support Services, Claire House Children’s Hospice, and St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice.
Winning this prestigious award represents the culmination of a highly successful first three and a half years in business for JMT Finance who has seen business volumes rise significantly over the last 18 months. This also follows the recent extension of its lending proposition into the bridging finance sector through the launch of a bridging loan which is available up to 80% LTV with rates set from 1.20% per month and a term of up to 24 months.
JMT Finance offers a personalised lending approach and prides itself on taking the time to get to know clients, including meeting them in person to get a better sense of what they are looking to achieve with that funding. Meaning that an external valuation process is not usually required. Instead, the lender can consider each application on its individual merit.
