We are experienced in business and property, and prefer to inspect the security premises ourselves. This also saves our borrowers paying expensive valuation fees!
Our
efficiency
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day. Where a proposal is accepted, and indicative terms have been agreed, we will arrange a site visit. We will then place the matter into legals within 1 working day of conducting our site visit.
First time landlords
We are happy to lend to first time landlords who are able to demonstrate their knowledge and capability.
