JMT Finance Limited is a privately owned and funded Commercial Property Lender, able to offer an almost unique 80% LTV. The ownership and funding structure enables JMT to offer fast decisions on deals and to create tailored lending solutions.

By taking a first legal Charge, JMT have 3 tailored lending products:

10 – year commercial mortgage – Full repayment

10 – year commercial mortgage – Balloon payment

12/18 month bridging loan
